We offer two service packages, Bath & Basics or a Full Groom. The Full Groom includes Bath & Basics.
Bath & Basics
Our Bath & Basics service gets your pup cleaned up and feeling their best. The basics include cleaning the ears and eyes. We'll clean and trim the paw pads, cut/file the nails, then complete a sanitary groom including the belly, butt, and privates. We de-matt the coat and de-shed as needed. From there, your dog will get a high-quality bath with soothing shampoo, moisturizing conditioner, and blueberry fascial (DEshedding, hypoallergenic, pesticide, or color-enhancing shampoo also available). Then a high-velocity blowout and fluff to dry off with thorough brushing throughout. All this is included in the Full Groom as well. Typically about 1hr and 15mins.
Full Groom
Once clean, dry, and brushed out, the haircut portion of your dog's groom gets them looking their best. Depending on your dog's breed or mix of breeds as well as pet owner's preference, we'll clipper, scissor, and thin them out all over to having them showing off their best attributes and even correcting any of their unique traits. Included in the Full Groom are all the services described in Bath & Basics. Typically about 2hrs and 30mins
Always 1-on-1 and crate-free
Our service is designed to be safe and comfortable, for the dog and owner. We do all grooms one-on-one and strive to have just one dog in the shop at a time, giving your dog the freedom to explore with no chance of a surprise encounter. We do not crate animals, preferring open, secure kennels with comfortable beds and blankets for dogs who are not familiar with crates or larger dogs that need more space. We take the time to get familiar with each other and the space before starting any work so that your dog can have a sense of security. And above all, we work to keep your dog comfortable and stress free while completing a high-quality groom.
