Where are you located?

We are located in East Falls, on the river side of Ridge ave, past the Twin Bridges of Route 1 before Scotts Lane. We are next door to Frequency Tattoo.

Is there parking?

There is street parking right out front, generally available through mid-afternoon. Otherwise there is a lot at the end end of Dobson Mill's near Sweet Treat Hut. 

How does pricing work?

Pricing for Bath & Basics is done by weight, so if your dog does not require a haircut but could use a bath, the cost of the groom will be based on the dog's weight. For a Full Groom, which includes Bath & Basics, the cost of the groom will include the price by weight as well as the price by coat type.

Additionally, we do not charge for any add-on services such as dematting or deshedding. If dematting in necessary or deshedding is part of a breed’s groom, they are included in the price

Do you offer stand-alone service such as nail clipping?

We do not, nail clipping/griding is a part of our Bath & Basics service but we do not offer nail trims as a stand-alone service.

My dog does not do well with other dogs, can check-in and their time there be separate from other dogs?

Yes, your dog’s stay will be one-on-one with the groomer who handles check-in and out as well as the entire grooming process.

My dog does not do well in crates, can they be kept out of any crates?

We do not, nail clipping/griding is a part of our Bath & Basics service but we do not offer nail trims as a stand-alone service.

What forms of payments do you accept?

All major credit cards, Apply Pay, Venmo, Zelle, and cash is always welcomed.
